Good Job, Mostly

Sometimes my job requires me to do some coaching. Not good at it. I feel for the people who have to sit through it. But if there's a nice thing to it, I love sharing info on what I believe in, and it'll be a bonus if people find it useful too.

I spent some time reading on my work this week, and it got me realized, perhaps I should give myself a lil' pat on the back once in a while. It's not like I screw up every time.
