THE DRAGON AND THE WOLF
So the reunion continues, and in this episode we have
- Bronn-Tyrion-Podrick, who were once bonded by the fun and carefree life in the city.
- The Hound-Brienne, who in the last encounter were trying to kill each other to protect the same girl.
- Brienne-Jaime, who were once a road trip BFFs.
- Bran-Sam.
- And, of course, the Lannister siblings, and the Cleganes — all warm and friendly, as always.
FAVOURITES / CRINGES / FACEPALMS:
1 The beautiful beginning of winter in King's Landing.
2 Theon — Oh, Alfie Allen, great performance as always. From just his body language and facial expression, you'll get either his playfulness, cruelness or pain right through the screen.
3 Littlefinger — So we say goodbye to one of the most exciting and enjoyable characters to watch on the show, although most of us wish it happened in a season where we got to see a lot more of him and his plan.
4 Daenerys and Jon — Jorah tried, suggesting the plane, but the ship has sailed, guys. The ship has sailed 🙈🙉🙊.
5 The Wall — To sum this whole FUBAR event up: The wall has stood for thousands of years with magic spell and all, and here come the great Tyrion Lannister, a Stark and the Hound, handing the Night King a fully grown dragon to bring it down in five minutes. Dusts hands.
