Do Business with Good People
Today I was reminded to choose people I do business with carefully.
I've always believed that being independent suits me ok, and I can do a pretty good job sticking up for myself when I have to. This is a free country, governed by the laws. You're a good person, you go by the rules and you enter into a transaction in good faith. There's nothing that you should be scared of, right? Maybe. But there's a reason why people refuse to testify in courts, don't report frauds and ignore a fight they see on the street.
