French Twist

I've never been successful at making a French twist before. However, I was playing with and twisting my hair while holding my tears watching The Blind Side this morning, and suddenly *bling!* there was a French twist on my head! In one attempt and with only one pin too! How come?

You have no idea how many times, how many techniques I've tried before, only to knot my hair into a pile of confused mess.

I haven't taken this one out since morning.
